This was my first time renting on Turo and Jose made the experience so comfortable and transparent. The pick up was smooth the check out was quick and EASY! I had to extend the trip a few days and he was more then accommodating with great communication. The car rental was GREAT. I was impressed, the car drives by itself to some degree and it came in handy. Jose was very personal and respectful. I will definitely be renting from him again.

Car was amazing. Drove very nice and love the safety features. Jose was super nice and easy to work with.

However, I do want to note that the car was returned late, parked in a reserved area where it could have been towed, and left with a strong smoke odor, ashes, and a cigarette butt inside. The vehicle required additional cleaning and an ozone treatment to remove the smoke smell, which also delayed the next booking. I appreciate the positive comments and wish you the best.
