The car was great. It's just a tiny little thing and doesn't have much emphasis but it got me around just fine. The problem was with the pickup. I didn't have a space number. The driver of the shuttle service was surprised I wasn't given a space number. I was only told it was on the "high side." I let Blake know that neither of us understood what he meant by the high side. The place where the car share vehicles are parked are in what I would call the low side of the parking lot so we were both confused. Then he finally clarified that it was near the highway and two spaces in. When I let him know, rather than apologize for not having clearer instructions, he made it sound like it was my problem that I didn't find it right away.
