Was not informed of the special charging instructions for the car. Ended up calling roadside assistance to help me get to a viable charger, only for it to be inaccessible. I tried a third location and still couldnt locate a viable charger. All after just 80 miles. Genuinely just inconvenient on every accord and a lack of communication from the host on important details.

Pickup was rough. Host didn’t tell me floor and pictures were from a different drop off. Then the code provided to get keys didn’t work.
Host was responsive, but rough start.
Car is also in rough shape and doesn’t charge on common chargers.
I’m sorry to hear you had a negative experience.
Your pickup was scheduled for 6:00 PM. I messaged you at 5:03 PM that I was on my way, provided the pickup location at 5:25 PM (“4th floor, spot 12”), and followed up at 6:06 PM to make sure you found the vehicle. Once I realized there was an issue with the access code, I immediately sent the correct one.
The vehicle uses a standard EV charging connector commonly used by most EVs. I’d also like to clarify that the car has no rips or damage.

- Got me from A to B, but inconvenient for Trip Travel due to the lack of reliable charging stations

- Extremely helpful and well informed
- Assisted with details and was patient with my questions
