This was my first time using turo

Got a flat tire 5 minutes after leaving the lot. Spoke to the host and co host and told to drive it back to swap. When it got completely flat I stopped because I didn’t want to damage the car. They again told me I had to return the car to swap it for another car. No spare tire and requested emergency roadside tow and never showed waited 3 hours to be picked up by the co host to swap out the car. The worst rental experience of my entire life. In addition to all that the vehicle wreaked of cigarettes and the registration sticker showed it was expired. Now still stuck at their lot waiting for a replacement vehicle. Worst customer service of my entire life.
