The host Gregg is always so helpful and thoughtful, I have rented with him a few times now and have always had a great experience. This time I needed to extend my rental and he made adjustments to o accomodate me, which was so greatly appreciated. Will always provide videos and resources for utilizing an electric car which is so helpful the first few times..

This was my second rental of a 2017 Chevrolet Bolt EV from Gregg / Flux Electrics.
Happy to see that this time the car was mechanically functional (no steering issues, tire pressure sensors worked, no hatch problems, and it drove fine for the short trip).
However, it was delivered filthy again (power windows buttons, Gear shift, steering wheel buttons, center console controls, and other high-touch areas had visible grease and dirt buildup between the buttons, clearly from accumulated hand oils, sweat, and residue left by previous renters.
I had to disinfect everything myself with antibacterial wipes before I felt comfortable using the car.
For the price and the fact that this is now a repeated hygiene issue with this host’s fleet, 3 stars feels fair.
Everything else (contactless pickup, charging instructions, and return process) went smoothly.
I remain supportive of affordable EVs on Turo, but hosts need to deliver vehicles with proper hygiene standards, especially on high-touch surfaces.
