The car was perfect, and the host was beyond accommodating, best experience hands down!

Car was great (engine light was on but host said it was fine) the company itself was a great concept, however communication is very difficult. Replies are not quick enough and instructions are not clear.
Additional charges were added to my account after the car was returned and no explanation for the charges were given, concept is good but it’s too expensive with poor communication
