Everything was fine except for the smell of smoke in the car; I would rent it again if I returned.

When I arrived at the pickup location 15 minutes past the scheduled reservation time the car was there but I was unable to get access to the car. I was finally granted access approximately 1hr after the reserved time. I would advise that the host finds a better way to grant access to the vehicle. In addition when it came time to drop off the vehicle I had to drive around the parking lot 3-4 times to even find a spot, which made returning the vehicle difficult especially since I had a flight to catch. No complaints in regard to the car as it was clean and drove well.
Thank you for your review Sydney . Our instruction states that you should notify us before your arrival please follow the instructions next time so we can have a better communication. As parking wise its airport location so as you can imagine sometimes it gets busy but there is always parking space out there . So it is not under our control but airport management. Hope it clarifies your concerns. Hope to see you next time ☺️🙏
