Quick and easy pick up/drop off process. Host was very responsive.

i would like a refund, the cars battery dies on me twice and the car will not start, everything is documented in my message on the turo app and i have videos and photos if needed , the car is not drivable and the owner is on the way to come change the battery and take the car , i would like i refund please. this also happened yesterday in the same vehicle
Hi, I’m sorry about your inconvenience. You complained of car battery, I drove an hour to meet you up to jumpstart the car and the car was good. You were nothing but mean to me, not even a help , you were complaining all through that you paid $183 to Turo and you can not do anything. The tracker on my car shows you drove the car till this afternoon. You complained again and I drove 01:30 mins to meet you up with a new battery. Yet you were talking of refund. I wish you nothing but the best.

The location was perfect for pickup. The car was clean ran great, and the pick up and drop off went smoothly. Would definitely rent from them again.
