My experience with this rental was mixed. I had the car for almost 3 weeks total after extending my trip, and I noticed the price kept increasing with each extension. When I asked about locking in a fixed rate, they weren’t able to be flexible, which was a little disappointing.
As for the car, it was clean and drove fine, but the radio (Bluetooth)was non-functional the entire time and I ran into a couple of other small issues during the rental. I understand things happen with vehicles, but it would’ve been helpful to have those addressed.
Still, the pickup/return process was smooth and the car was available when I needed it.
I do recall discussing the fact that the pricing works on an algorithm that increases on weekends, especially so on holiday weekends. In your case, renting on July 4th weekend, this will apply. This would be the same circumstance for any rental vendor out there.
