Pick up was fine. Easy. The vehicle was not in good condition. The rear spoiler/hatch vibrates terribly. Tires unmatched. 4/32” tread Bridgestones on front. 2/32” tread passenger rear Bridgestone and a brand new Goodyear on driver side rear. The ride was unbearable, hard, noisy. Fernando was contacted 30 mins after pickup and said he was aware of the vibration. I was expecting a discount as the vehicle was not road worthy. (If other vehicles were available I would have returned the Stinger). We also picked up the vehicle with just over 1/2 tank gas, no wiper fluid , and not vacuumed inside. Those are small issues. Renting a vehicle with unmatched and dangerously low tread tires is not permissible. Renting a vehicle with a vibrating rear hatch is not permissible . Fernando did not consider any type of refund, no apology. He did accuse me of car shaming though.

Great experience overall. The car was clean, reliable, and exactly as described. Pickup and drop-off were easy, and communication was quick and straightforward. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. I’d definitely rent from this host again!
