The good: The car was excellent and appeared clean. Drove really well and got decent gas mileage. Luann was nice and the pickup and drop-off were smooth.
The disappointing: The rearview mirror was had been ripped off, making it very difficult to adjust- and they did not let me know until I picked up the car. When I picked it up, it smelled like stale cigarette smoke, and I had to take it to get cleaned to remove the smell before I could even drive it. They refunded me $20, but I do not feel that was sufficient. They should not be renting out a car where a safety mirror was difficult to adjust and kept falling off its base when I would try.
Once they correct the issues, this is an excellent vehicle and Luann is nice.

I have rent rented from Loann before she is very sweet and accommodating. If anything goes wrong, she gets back to you immediately. The car ran great, will rent again.

The car is great and works well, however the location is 18 minutes from Denver airport and was a $45 ride each way.

Overall a positive experience. The pick up location was safe and the host was professional and responsive. The vehicle worked well and got me to my destination 3 hours away without any hiccups. My main critique is that the car smelled heavily of marijuana which was at times nauseating (more tolerable with the windows open). Host was apologetic and agreed that she noticed this strong smell too after the last person who used the vehicle dropped it off the day before. She said she wished she could switch vehicles for me but did not have any available. She also warned me that the previous driver had broken the rearview mirror and that a replacement part had not yet arrived in the mail. This was a bit of nuisance as the rearview mirror would periodically fall off and dangle by a few attached wires that were holding it and it was always a challenge to get it to sit back on the broken attachment to the windshield. Hopefully, both of these issues will be fixed by the next time the vehicle is rented out. I would rent again if so.
