Very easy to communicate and pick up the car. We were traveling with the government shutdown and Brad was super understanding with the circumstances. He was very responsive and answered all our questions. We received the car and it was super clean both inside and out. The car drove great and I felt safe having AWD in an area that could snow. The car was great for traveling as it was getting great MPGs. An additional plus was the heated seats and steering wheel. Helped these Californians endure the cold :)

This is a great car to use for getting around Denver! I worked for the whole week and it was great with parking and gas mileage. Brad is a great, communicative host and I will definitely be renting from him again.
