The communication for pickup and drop off worked well; the team seems to want to do a good job. The interior of the car was clean. I have a problem with this rental because the pictures do not match the car. The Corolla I picked up had a very noticeable amount of body and paint damage. I rented this car for a month and I didn't like driving a car, which ended up being similarly priced to the corporate companies, that didn't look good. The car was misrepresented. The outside was clean, it just had a noticeable amount of damage. Plus, the battery died and Turo charged me even though the tow company they called canceled the service. Their provider (2 hours away) recommended a local provider they knew and that worked out great. Now I have to do the legwork to dispute the Turo charge.
