Service and responsiveness were great but car had some issues. Screen would stop working at certain points making some settings unavailable. CarPlay would constantly cut out and come back on (maybe the cord, but the option for wireless CarPlay was locked behind a non working settings page). Also at almost 70k miles the battery has seen better days. Would burn through a charge extremely fast (going 70 on the highway with AC at 72). Had to recharge the car twice during a 4-day rental and really didn’t do a lot of driving. Again service and responsiveness were fantastic which is most important.

DisappointedI couldn't make this trip for you. the 3AM trip came in after midnight, when me and my team were sleep.
Just bad timing. 30 minutes earlier, and we would have caught it.
Host and car were both awesome. Would definitely rent it again.

This was our first time using Turo and our first time driving an EV for more than about 5 miles. Both were positive experiences. The Lucid takes a little getting used to, but once you get familiar with it, it is a comfortable, smooth, quiet, and fun to drive.
Michael made the pickup and return process super easy and straight forward, and was very helpful and responsive to our questions.
Only complaint is that the car only had about 47% charge when picked it up, so we ended up having to charge it around midnight after a long day of activities.
Overall, this was good experience and definitely repeat worthy.

Car met our needs and was fun to drive. Lots of room inside for passengers and cargo. Kids loved it and kept asking if we could get one! It’s showing a little bit of age, but seemed to function just fine. We never reached the projected range and charging was a little slower than rated, but the massive battery met our needs regardless. Host was responsive and accommodating.
