Aleksi is a great host! The car I rented had an electrical issue, and I was nervous about driving it the following day. Aleksi drove all the way to my house and had the issue fixed that same night. He has great communication, was extremely responsive, and went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and safe with the car. I really appreciated how quickly he handled everything and the effort he made to fix the problem without inconveniencing me. Despite the unexpected issue, I had a great experience renting from him and would absolutely rent from Aleksi again. Highly recommend! 🙂
