Car worked well overall but had a few issues. Aleksei handled it though and now is fine. He was very responsive and helpful overall.

Thank you so much for the review, Kathleen! I’m glad to hear that you found me responsive and helpful, and that we were able to quickly sort everything out for you. I always strive to keep our Ford Focus in top shape, and I appreciate your patience. The issue has been fully resolved, and the car is running perfectly for future guests. Thanks again for booking with me, and you are welcome back anytime!
While a mechanical mishap happened, this was at NO fault of the owner. When the issue arose, Alekski was kind, attentive, and drove to the spot to meet us. He made the whole situation easier!
