Great car, easy pick up/drop off.

The Vehicle (Audi 7) was, unfortunately, seriously unsafe. We pulled out of the lot and were immediately met with a low tire error. We had to pull over and inspect the tires, only to find both Front Tires had severe damage. We spoke with the Host and Turo Support and were able to get a full refund.
The Host (Zach) was very helpful throughout the whole process and offered several different options to get this resolved
The Lot (Parking Spot South) was fine, hot as hell, but fine.

The car was perfectly fine. The customer service and communication from the hosts was rude and disrespectful. Any question you need to ask you will receive a snarky or rude response. Absolutely would not rent from them again
