Great smooth process. Car was ready and I had no issues. The host even let me extend my rental at short notice.

Had a flat tire, the host had no air in his spare tire. He had no jack or lug wrench. I had to sit on side of the road in 95° weather for 2 1/2 hours. The host gone tell me that I had to have ran over a nail and he's not responsible. When I did get the tire off 2 1/2 hrs later the tire was worn and had holes all around the back of the tire. My whole trip was inconvenienced deal with the rental of this car....Horrible Experience

You forgot to mention that I gave you the car a day early for free and paid for a new tire.. . But thanks and u left the car a mess!!
