Car has shake in front driver side tire, multiple indicator lights on dashboard and AC doesn't get cool enough driver side door handle coming off

They car doesn’t look like the pictures first of all and the lights were on when I first got it I thought maybe it’s was just a sensor issue but no they rented the car knowing it had issues it kept cutting off and on
