Robert was great! Thanks for the communication and letting me borrow the car, drove great. Great MPG. I love the small chats as well. Thanks for making it easy. The Mazda was a good communicator car while I car was in the shop.

Robert and Lora were fantastic -- and the Mazda was perfect. We called her Mazzy star! We had an unfortunate situation where we lost the keys during a hike in Seattle. It was a huge bummer. Within the hour, Robert and Lora had spare keys delivered to our location. They took care of the replacement by going to an outside-of-dealership key smith, which was so much cheaper than the dealership would've been. Overall I am so grateful for their kind communication and thoughtful handling of the situation. I highly recommend Mazzy Star for any visitors to the area!
