Wow…what a wonderful experience! My wife and I have demo’d a Tesla before, but we have not had one for a number of days at a time. The intent was for this to be an FSD learning experience for us. And it did not disappoint! If you own a Tesla and are not using Full Self Driving, it is like using a flip phone versus an iPhone. For this rental, it was definitely worth the extra cost. But even with the car and the software, this experience would not have been a 5-Star experience without the helpful assistance from our wonderful host, Edwin. From the very beginning at pick up, he was supportive of our inexperience. He spent a good amount of time with me going through basics and other information that I needed to be aware of in how to operate the vehicle using FSD. During our rental, I kept notes about specific things I wanted to ask him upon return. Edwin actually spent more time with me answering questions at the return than he did in the beginning! What a supportive Host. Going above and beyond anything I would have expected from just a standard car rental procedure. He was my real-life AI about this particular car and FSD! We already have another booking set for this car. Thank you Edwin for being an exceptional host and a wonderful human being in this experience!
