The check-in process was very easy to follow and well organized. However, the vehicle had some significant visibility and safety concerns. The tint film on the rear window was peeling, which noticeably impaired visibility when looking out the back. The front windshield was also covered in vape residue on the inside and mud on the outside, further reducing visibility. These issues should be addressed to ensure the vehicle is clean and safe for future guests.
