James was a great host! He was responsive, professional, and easy to communicate with throughout my trip. I brought a few concerns to his attention, including some existing damage on the vehicle, and he was very understanding and responsive. When I needed to extend my trip, he reassured me there would be no unexpected charges, which I really appreciated.
Any questions or concerns I had were addressed promptly, making the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Thank you, James, for allowing me to use your vehicle. I would definitely rent from you again and highly recommend you to other renters!
