It was easy and fairly convenient. The host was quite friendly and helpful. Only issue was trying to find the lot since we had already left the airport and need to find the lot ourselves and the app gave us the incorrect address at the back street pf the lot which was 2 miles from the front entrance.

The host was wonderful. I had no issues extending my trip while my personal vehicle was in the repair shop.

The car smelled like faint cigarette. The car needs to be serviced, the wheel is stiff, the wheel and car shakes when you hit the breaks. I reached out regarding it but I didn’t have enough time to find a replacement and get a refund in time as I really needed a way to get around. I’m an experienced driver so I was able to maneuver but it could’ve been worse.
