Driving quality wasn’t too good not for for distance or highway driving, no Bluetooth, tire pressure light was on. Needs maintenance, updates, of retirement.

I initially booked a Chevrolet mini SUV specifically because it had features I needed Apple CarPlay, comfort, and reliability. As a mom with a demanding career who takes calls while on the go and travels with teenagers, those features matter to me, and I selected that vehicle intentionally.
Right before my reservation time, I was informed that the vehicle I originally booked was no longer available due to it being returned late and having a smoke odor. While I do appreciate the communication, this information came at the last minute, which left me with very limited options.
I was offered a replacement vehicle (this Mazda) that was not comparable at all to what I originally selected. It lacked the features I specifically booked for, and it simply was not suitable for the road trip I planned with my children. Despite the inconvenience, I still tried to make it work and agreed to book this car (it was literally midnight and I had no other options, no discount was offered, just apologies and inconvenience) because my kids were excited about our trip and I didn’t want to cancel our plans.
Unfortunately, once I got into this vehicle, it became clear that it was extremely unreliable and not equipped for the type of driving I intended to do. At that point, I had no choice but to cancel the entire trip. I had to call my husband, I felt extremely unsafe in this car.
What should have been a fun family road trip turned into a major inconvenience and disappointment. I wish I had been notified much earlier so I could have made other arrangements. Overall, this experience was frustrating and completely disrupted my weekend plans.
You booked at 10pm for a 12am midnight pickup so we stayed on the phone with turo support and your husband to work things out way past our bedtime. You were offered cancellation options by turo customer service agents but you decided to swap the vehicle then later found it was not suitable.
Not sure what else we could have done for you. This should not be on us- hosts.

the car was not clean inside at all what so ever cans and bottle all inside as well as needing a vacuum the tire had basically a hole which prevented me from even using the car a full 24 hours and I booked it for a four day duration, even though the whole communicating it was still an inconvenience which I did not receive my full refund, even though it was not my fault for canceling
