Car ran great. Communication was good with host. Only thing is the parking lot and instructions were unclear and inconvenient. Had to catch a shuttle to the parking spot (didn’t know based on instructions) and then to drop off the car there was no shuttle back so I had to walk all the way back to the entrance of the parking lot! Instructions don’t tell you about parking Payment… when exiting which lane? Confused there and go drop off the car… again which lane? It’s frustrating when you’re rushing to catch a flight and directions aren’t clear and you’re trying to figure it out. BUT OVERALL GREAT EXPERIENCE and would definitely rent from host again!
Sorry you were confused, there are multiple signs both at the entrance and the exit of the garage pointing to which lanes are for Turo, just follow the signs. But if you were rushing i can see how you missed them. Payment is covered if you follow the signs and got to the correct lane. Thanks for the review.
