Everything was excellent. The car was great! It was clean, ran smoothly, easy pick up and drop off, safe area, and the host checked in on me throughout the trip. I was indeed surprised by his professionalism. He made me feel appreciated as a customer. I had to rent the car at the last minute and the price was good and the additional mileage charge I used was reasonable. I would definitely rent from James again. As a customer I am satisfied.
