The Kia K5 I booked on Turo was an all-around great experience. From the moment I picked it up, everything about the car stood out. It was extremely clean, well-maintained, smooth on the road, and very reliable the entire trip. The ride quality was comfortable, the features were on point, and it handled everything I needed without a single issue. It honestly made traveling a lot easier and more enjoyable, especially with how good it was on gas and how sharp it looked pulling up anywhere.
I also want to give a major shoutout to Kandi for being a top-tier host. His professionalism, communication, and overall service really set the tone. Everything was clearly explained, he was responsive whenever needed, and he made the entire pickup and drop-off process simple and stress-free. You can tell he takes pride in what he does and makes sure his guests are taken care of the right way.
