The car was nice and reliable. Good on gas too. My issue was with the host and the communication. I did not receive pick up instructions before my trip. I called and messaged the host, they responded and said “oh I thought I sent this already “ and then provided instructions while I just made it to the pick up lot. Very last minute. There was also an incident where I registered the car for parking using the license plate picture in the photo area. Came outside and there was a $75 ticket on the window. Apparently, the host switches the license plates from time to time. Well that was inconvenient and I was out of $75 because of this, with no reimbursement from the host or Turo support. Not pleased at all
