For the area of improvement that you mentioned; it is and has been important to us that we utilize a parking spot that provides some level of convenience to you as the guest. With the current process, a shuttle will take you from the Airport directly to the parking garage and actual spot where the car is parked. Apologies if this was a hassle for you, but let us know the level of inconvenience that it resulted in for you.
Pickup location was easy to find with directions given. Fast response time from host. Car was in great condition and good on gas. Drop off was was smooth. I would book again.

This was a great rental and an excellent choice for my trip. The Kia Forte was clean, comfortable, drove smoothly, and was great on gas, which made my travel even more enjoyable.
The host was outstanding from start to finish. Communication was excellent, he made sure I had everything I needed, met me at the pickup location, and was always responsive whenever I had a question. The entire process was easy and hassle free.
I had no issues at all during my rental and would absolutely rent from him again. Highly recommend both this vehicle and this host!
