The car and host were great. We did have a little trouble with drop off, but that was because of other people blocking The Parking Spot Entrance.

Hello Heide - The Car dropoff option at the Parking garage was actually meant to streamline the process for you and ensure that you have a hassle-free process to get back to the airport. Apologies that other dirvers were blocking the Parking Spot entrance but I am sure that it was an isolated event although it could have also meant that you were up against time as it relates to your flight. Can you add some context to the Photos please? Not sure what that means in terms of Improvement.

For the area of improvement that you mentioned; it is and has been important to us that we utilize a parking spot that provides some level of convenience to you as the guest. With the current process, a shuttle will take you from the Airport directly to the parking garage and actual spot where the car is parked. Apologies if this was a hassle for you, but let us know the level of inconvenience that it resulted in for you.
Pickup location was easy to find with directions given. Fast response time from host. Car was in great condition and good on gas. Drop off was was smooth. I would book again.
