The car was awful no working air check engine light is on shaking the host told me that the car was ok but I was bothered. I was in a rush had a emergency surgery for my daughter so I had no choice but to take car. I was out of time and couldnt afford or find another rental car after paying $216.00 for the Turo rental. Turo offered a 3rd party rental car assistance bit I had to pay upfront for this which wasn't fair a $300 deposit plus 1 day through Enterprise Avis was no different and I would have hoped thar Turo would have had a better solution for this issue. I had to let the car run all night while sleeping at a rest stop with my daughter last night then the air kicked in but it was cooler outside just bs just unprofessional and awful. I wish I could have all of my money back honestly. Hopefully this doesn't happen to anyone else who has to use this host hopefully these issues get resolved. Ive rented from turo at least 5 times and this has been one of the worst experiences for me.
