Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with my rental experience. During my trip, the low tire pressure warning came on while I was driving. I took the vehicle to a tire shop, where I was informed that three of the tires were bald and needed to be replaced.
I appreciate that the host responded quickly and took care of replacing the tires, but the situation still caused a major inconvenience during my vacation. I lost valuable vacation time dealing with the tire issue and even missed an event I had planned to attend.
While I appreciate the host resolving the problem, I expected the vehicle to be safe and properly maintained before it was rented out. Overall, the experience was disappointing and negatively affected my trip
