Car check engine light came on and started jerking. I couldn’t drive anywhere today because I was scared that the car would give out. Also there was a hole in the right rear light that I was unaware about and I didn’t know about any check-in process that had us verified so I hope I don’t try to get blamed for that crack in the rear passenger side light. Besides that everything else went fine.

Pick-up was easy and well explained. The parking spot driver did not drop us off at our car, but it was not a big problem because the lot was well marked. The car did jerk a bit when accelerating past a certain point, but otherwise had no problems. They were very flexible with drop-off and quick to respond when certain parking spots were not open.
