Not use a hybrid model technology. Suggest doing a once over on an online manual if you never rented one before. Other than car was a nice ride

I had a small issue when picking up the car. I messaged through the app and a gentleman was there to fix it immediately, with 2 min. Also Very responsive with additional questions in a timely manner. Highly recommend renting if you are not picky about driving a new vehicle when renting, this one will get you to point A and back smoothly with GREAT fuel efficiency. I would definitely rent again.

This is my second trip with Yolunda. Host and vehicle were amazing!! If need arises, I’ll definitely rent from her again.

The car would not recognize the key throughout multiple trips. Although the host had informative and automated messages, no one responded to the recurrent issues about the car, not starting and key non-recognition. The trip was otherwise successful and the pick up/drop off was simple.
