Host kept stating that they left a key card in the car for use but it wasn’t there. The car itself got the job done, affordable.

The key card was and is attached to the keyfob in plain site as mentioned. I'm wondering how the guest used the key for his entire trip but didn't see the key card. I even provided support to the guest at the start of his trip so he could realize he may have overlooked it as a simple mistake. He also had to use the key card to return the car to the lot, yet he still left this false review. Guest is not honest, I could not recommend to other hosts.
