I booked with Terrance at the last minute after another well-known rental company could not fulfill my reservation, and I am glad I gave Turo a try. I was matched with this beautiful Chevy Cruze, and Terrance went above and beyond to make the experience easy from the start. He reached out right away to confirm the trip and helped me get everything set up.
Communication was excellent from start to finish. I needed the car dropped off and picked up at my residence, and Terrance and his son handled both with impressive punctuality. The car was dropped off clean, with a full tank of gas, and it was clear it had been very well cared for. For a 10-year-old car, it was in great shape.
The drive was smooth, the A/C worked great, and the navigation and device connectivity features made the trip even better. I felt completely safe driving it back and forth from Covington to Atlanta.
I would absolutely book with Terrance again and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable, well-maintained vehicle and a host who is friendly, communicative, and dependable.
