Ayo was a pleasure to work with—very responsive and patient as I got familiar with the app as a first-time user. The BMW drove smoothly and performed well overall.
One suggestion would be to deodorize the vehicle, as there was an unpleasant odor. I used Lysol and added an air freshener, which helped temporarily. Additionally, updating the listing photos to reflect the current exterior condition would give renters a clearer idea of what to expect.
Aside from those points, the overall experience was decent.
