I don’t even know where to start, he was amazing. I thought I had booked this vehicle to be dropped off, but somehow didn’t long story short he was very responsive and helped us fix the issue. In addition he went above and beyond with communication and also took it a step further and dropped us off at the airport instead of us having to shuttle to the airport. So many mishaps in my trip this was the one thing that went great. I couldn’t recommend Ian more!
