The host was very accommodating with pickup and drop off and the car was in working order. The issue was the car arrived filthy, like it hadn’t been washed in months and the car had a reoccurring notification that it was due for service. Also the key battery was low, making us a bit nervous we might get stranded.

Thanks for the feedback, Michael. Car was delivered about three hours early to accommodate your early arrival while I was out of town. I coordinated remotely with someone to drop it off at the airport, which is quite a drive. The car should’ve been washed before delivery—my mistake there. I’ve since improved my hand-off process to make sure vehicles are cleaned and fully prepped before every trip.
