The host was very polite and responded to messages in a timely manner. The car drove really good, I had no issues there. Very good on gas and air conditioning worked great. The car was very clean, there was some staining on the seats, but other than that really clean!

I've rented from Spencer before and was pleased. While this was an honest mistake, it was one detrimental to my travels as I went to pick up the vehicle the registration and tag sticker was expired. He was out of town at the time of this discovery so nothing could be done. He sent me proof from dds and the tag office that it was registered until 2027 but with me traveling out of town I didn't want to chance it. I understand mistakes happen, but this is something that should have been taken care of before renting it back out. Having to wait 3 to 5 business days for almost $600 and having no choice but to take a thirstier vehicle out of town is not what i was expecting. My last experience with Spencer was pleasant so I don't believe this was intentional however, it was extremely inconvenient.
