I've rented from Spencer before and was pleased. While this was an honest mistake, it was one detrimental to my travels as I went to pick up the vehicle the registration and tag sticker was expired. He was out of town at the time of this discovery so nothing could be done. He sent me proof from dds and the tag office that it was registered until 2027 but with me traveling out of town I didn't want to chance it. I understand mistakes happen, but this is something that should have been taken care of before renting it back out. Having to wait 3 to 5 business days for almost $600 and having no choice but to take a thirstier vehicle out of town is not what i was expecting. My last experience with Spencer was pleasant so I don't believe this was intentional however, it was extremely inconvenient.

The guest who made this booking damaged the cars they rented on turo in the past, according to multiple bad reviews. I canceled immediately after they booked because I am not comfortable with them using my vehicle.
