pickup went 30 mins past check in time due to late arrival of owner… car ran out of gas while reading 110 miles left on the meter. causing me to walk to the gas station. while arriving at the drop off location car ran out of gas again. causing two time inconvenience

Thanks for your review. But remember that you reserved the vehicle right after I was closing out a previous guest. With the late reservation, I had to make sure that the vehicle was fueled up and any preparations needed for guest pickup was taken care of. Also I reimbursed you your entire trip cost so you had a free rental.
