Very convenient car. So many mil/gallon. Delivered and returned at our Campground in time. Very good person the host

Even though there was a code to enter the car. I had to wait an hour to receive the code. Communication lacked. Stained seats. Confused renter.

1st warning should’ve been when guest sent shirtless “selfie” laying on bed for DL verification. Guest was 1hr50min late for pick up, after waiting 45min had to convert to contactless exchange because I had 5 exchanges that day. Guest received lockbox code within 5 min of arrival and 2 min from code request. Returned car 7 hours early with no communication, then complained about lack of host communication, and checked every box for areas of improvement, whined about seat ergonomics! Good grief!
