Car has poor tires. (One is new because we had to buy a new one because of a flat.) Hail damage. Duct tape residue in bumper. (Guessing there was bumper damage.)
Communication was strange. Excessive, threatening, and untruthful. Tiny engine. If you plan to go to the mountains, know that it will stress the engine.
This is part of a fleet, not someone’s car they drive. FL plates with the front plate having #7 on it. The strangest rental I’ve ever encountered.

We’re disappointed this review omits key context. The flat tire occurred while the guest was outside our service area, so they replaced it to continue their trip, which we appreciated. Communication became difficult after they returned the car about 24 hours early without notice, then left it in paid airport parking before we arrived. The Mirage is an economy car built for efficiency, not mountain performance. Our many 5-star reviews reflect our commitment to great service.
The check in and out was very easy and everything worked out with the car. It just needs a little time to speed up but with a little patience it‘s working out well
