Pick up was amazing, I went with Al because I needed the car brought to me at the hotel and he was there right at the scheduled time. He also responded quickly to messages and worked with me when an accident on the freeway caused a multiple hour delay that pushed back the original turn in time. 10/10 would rent again.

Car was clean and available in a convenient location. Two issues occurred: 1. After booking, the message from host said a $35 parking charge “may” apply. This was not disclosed prior to booking. A message was sent to the host asking if this charge was avoidable. No reply was received. 2. Upon entering the car at pickup, the front right tire pressure was substantially low. This issue persisted even after filling the tire. A total of three stops to refill the tire were required during a 2.5 day trip.
