Great car! We had bad luck with a flat tire, and while the turo roadside assistance is not really worth the money (paid for the towing, but due to subcontracting subcontractors, we had to wait 3 hours for a tow truck from 10 miles away to arrive), Shehab was very responsove and helpful and immediately reimbursed the repair cost, acknowledging that tire condition hadn't been ideal at the start of the trip, something he and I will likely check more thoroughly going forward...
