Nice car, smooth ride

Unfortunately, my experience with this rental was disappointing. The vehicle’s interior showed significant wear and tear, particularly the leather upholstery, which was peeling and left pieces of leather all over while driving. The vehicle could also benefit from better maintenance overall.
The biggest issue was the condition of the tires. During my trip, I experienced a flat tire on one of the front tires, and the other front tire had a noticeable bubble, creating a serious safety concern and causing a major disruption to my entire experience.
What made the situation even more frustrating was the lack of communication from the host. After the flat tire occurred, I was stranded on the side of the road with no response from the host regarding the tire information for four hours. There was little sense of urgency or assistance during a stressful situation, which left me feeling unsupported.
There were also a few smaller inconveniences, such as the key not having a key ring or keychain, making it easier to misplace, and the vehicle did not include any charging cables for electronic devices.
