Communication could have been better. Was given wrong lock box code. While waiting awhile in the sun, I went through possible sequences with the numbers provided until I found a match. I was already driving before I received a call about my issue. Car was really clean and is great on gas mileage. First time in Texas, and I noticed many toll roads in Dallas area. I just set my directions to avoid all tolls. Side note, there are two Turo lots, be sure you go to the correct one. They are close to each other, but will need to go back to terminals to get the correct shuttle.
No smoking allowed
Smoking in any Turo vehicle will result in a $150 fine
Keep the vehicle tidy
Unreasonably dirty vehicles may result in a $150 fine
