The owner took the key from where i left it and is now claiming i lost his key so he can charge me money
First, check if I have charged you anything because you lost the key. You have not had any charges. I understand that these are things that are out of hand. Second, if I wanted to charge you, I would also charge you the cleaning fee because you left it very dirty and I did not charge you for it either. Besides, it is their fault, they are rude and get upset, and yet I gave you 4 stars. Look at my ratings and see if I have had a problem for something similar. Never, may God bless her.
