The car cut off on me twice. I had to get a jump start from someone on two different days because the car cut off on me and wouldn’t start up. Also on the very first day I reached out to let them know that the breaks was squeaking and there was also a loud noise when driving the vehicle. They told me no worries that the car was inspected and they knew about the things going on. The next day the car cut off on me, and the following day after that it did the samething. Ive never had this happen to me before ever from no rental company. The host didn’t show any care, never apologized for having this experience be a bad one, instead tried to make it out to be my fault. HOW SWAY?? I definitely will not recommend and im not going to rent through them ever again.

The car was okay. I've rented 5 cars from this just location within the past 2 months and never had major issues. I booked the same car different year originally but the host contacted me for an upgrade to this one which was great. 👍🏽 My booking was from Tuesday through Sunday, however I only drove the car through Friday because the winter ice storm prevented me from driving it which sucked because I'd already paid for the days. I reached out to the host asking if a deal could be worked out as I wasn't able to drive the car back to return with icy road conditions. I was told to extend the trip which meant I had to pay more money to extend a couple more days and that late fees would be more expensive. Honestly, it wasn't a fair solution so I contacted Turo and was enlightened to find out I would receive a refund due to the extenuating circumstance of extreme inclement weather. I communicated this policy with the host. The host messaged me that I would be charged for the extra days if I used the vehicle during the extension but to bring it back which was unnecessary almost like a threat saying he could track data of the car and road conditions. 👎🏽 Like of course, how can I use it if the roads are bad?! 🤦🏽♀️smh it wasn't my fault; and my character was questioned in this instance. I didn't appreciate it because I've spent over $1700 renting here. This time I was rubbed the wrong way.. I'll reconsider renting again in due time.
