I almost had a fatal car accident due to the master cylinder going out in this vehicle. Three cars were in front of me, coming up to a green light changing to a red light, I tried to brake but nothing happened. I didn’t want to run into the back of him so I swerved to the left into on coming traffic and could’ve had a fatal collision. This host needs to maintain his vehicles better or be removed from Turo, in my opinion

Guest safety is our top priority. The issue was reported during the trip, and we immediately removed the vehicle from service. Prior to the trip, there were no reported brake issues. The vehicle was towed directly to a repair shop for inspection and repairs.
The Car was great and they are very quick to respond if anything goes wrong or anything. I would definitely always recommend these awesome individuals.
